l--raw cauliflower and celery, tangerine, 1/2 banana, 2 hotdogs (the bad kind :-( )
d--veggie sushi, tossed salad

L..fat free refried pinto beans with whole grain bread
D..poi and pineapple

I'm Back...

B - Tea, Oatmeal, grapes
L - salad & soup
S - Orange, not sure what else for this afternoon..
D - veggie stir fry with brown rice

I might make some banana bread tonight, i've got two old bananas and it would be nice to have something sweet at work this week to keep me away from all these chocolates&doughnuts. Grapes just aren't cutting it lol
