Anyone know if there is any truth to that and if so, do you know of a source?

If I buy anything processed, it has to be minimally processed, no more than 5 ingredients, and the ingredients have to be no mystery additives like "spices" "natural flavorings" no modified anything, no artificial flavors and colors, no oil, only good wholesome ingredients or I do not buy it. I also avoid corn syrup as much as possible but once in a blue moon, I might need it for a recipe.

I started another thread about a sugar question but so far no replies, may some of you know. I saw on a video that 1 tsp of sugar would shut the immune system down for up to 5 hours. Anyone know if there is any truth to that? Thanks!
