I'm eating a bowl of sweet potatoes, yukon potatoes, chickpeas and black beans with salsa as I type. Sometimes you just need a good ole bowl of starches!! Yummo. I also made some hot chocolate, that I have never made before, I wanted something different and had a little chocolate craving. Just enough to hit the spot.
I haven't had much to say. When you do the same thing day in and out sometimes it gets boring to come here and post but boy do I enjoy reading all your journeys. I'm come here every single day!! I think I'm officially down around 22 pounds and fitting into a smaller size of jeans. Feels good. Feels real good. I wake up around 4:30am to exercise for 1 hour every day. I'm working on eating raw vegetable, cooked vegetables, and then a starch. Seems to be working for me lately. Wishing you all well. I'm always around
