I have been following the diet for almost two months and slowly introducing it to my kids. I can't seem to get past my mental block about needing eggs, cheese or meat for my kids' sandwiches. What do you put in your kids' lunches?

I make a lot of PB&J. They like leftover pasta, chili, soup in the mr. bento so it stays hot. I also put alot of fruit/veg and nuts.
