I also made a "mock" lamb kofta if you will, here in the states we have the "Gimmie Lean" brand of "ground soy" and used that with a lamb kofta recipe. Came out yum! They are journeying closer to becoming vegetarians, (after seeing my weight loss and body changes) then maybe make the leap to veganism. However, they were impressed with the meal.

I shopped this morning and have started the MWL PLAN, I am totally excited and especially appreciated Dr. McDougal's charts in chapter 12: Establishing a Healthy Lifestyle.
Good luck, all of the above advice is great and this forum is so helpful! One of my new habits will be to check in daily to read and follow all these Star McDougallers advice!
