Came upon this site yesterday; wonderful FREE recipies and discussion board...how great. BMI - wise, I need to drop 25 pounds. Behavior - wise, I need to drop the animal products and fatty sweets. I can do this. Just watch :thumbsup:

Yesterday was not so good. Should have had more protein (beans) with breakfast and skipped the coffee. Was thinking this morning that my eating is basically HABIT to which I've attached EMOTION/NOSTALGIA. So, I just need to make some new happy memories with veggie-based eating, which I can, because I have had sporadic success; if I can just link together a bunch of sporadic successes.....the next time I post will be in 'successes' with my 10-pound weight loss.
