I'm having another check tomorrow, 1st one since June when I was able to convince my Doc to cut my statins by half. I'm really anxious to see if my LDL and Tri's have gone UP now, or if I've been able to maintain, or if they've gone down? Guess I will find out soon and determine my next steps. I can still suck it up a notch on some of the fats but I do love my tofu and avocados!
