I can't eat nightshades, citrus, soy products, some beans and most grains EXCEPT rice plus carrots (to name a few restrictions) and I am doing fine on this diet. I have lost 40 pounds since January of this year and improved my health.
So, yeah...you betchya can!
So do you eat carrots?Since you have done so well, would you tell us what you typically eat in a day?
Sure, Pinkrose! Carrots are a new "food sensitivity" discovery - I have only been avoiding them for a couple of weeks, but I did not have more than one or two a day before that.
