Hi Kitty, I ws about to post that I had come to two definitely conclusions, one of them was teh extra sugar from tea was giving me anxiety. I still have a problem if I don't have something hot to drink, although I might consider it. One thing at a time for me, but I will definitely switch back to plain green tea soon.
The other conclusion is that I am sure non-dairy milks cause me issues. After this cold I started drinking tea w/ almond milk and I am pretty sure it is causing me the pains I had this morning. They were TERRIBLE.
I didn't get to the gym today, I did however walk for 10 minutes, ride my bike for 15, and did 10 minutes of yoga. It is not much, but it is a start.
L: Cashew larabar, crackers, and polenta
D: Kale-pumpkin polenta "pasta", braised beans w/ veggies, chimichurri sauce. I may or may not have a salad.
D: Tea w/sugar
E: 25 minutes of random exercise.
