how come there is not good Monday songs.

Today I start againg. I did really well on the weekend the only outside good was a veggie burrito no cheese, no sour cream. It was very tastie. One of my favorites.

I started off with cereal today I really don't want to go to work. We are having people in and they asked us to dress a little nicer in business attair. I realy don't like pantyhose but my tan on my legs is uneven.

I made the Festival Dal over the weekend for quick meals this week I also make mushroon burgers but the fell apart. I like the black bean ones from the engine 2 book best.

I make some pumpkin bread and muffins I will need to freeze it so it doesn't become moldy

:D :-D

Oh well here I am again.

I noticed on my last post I needed spell check not spelling well and whining a lot.

I have been doing well. I made some new recipes of soup and such from the Happy Herbivores cookbook. That is all good. Hubby made sloppy joes last night from a vegan mix. He said he put to much chili powder in it but I think it still had a yuck taste. I have been thinking of putting it in the crock pot and making chili. Right now I have two soups in the frig I'm not sure I need a third. I have Awanas this evening so I will be gone for several hours. If I didn't do that I would sit on my rump all night like usual.

Well I need to be more positive in this journal. See if I can work on that.

Ok well its been a while since I have been on my journal had to search for it.

I have had some trying days. My gall bladder is not doing well and I'm going to see a surgeon today. I'm not really into removing parts from my body but I can say I hope I feel better it they do take it out. I have been sick and in pain for weeks.

As you can see by my ticker I'm finally below 200 I hit 199 this morning. I was dueling WW and McD and now I have canceled my
WW it is coming up for renew and I really don't want to pay 19 a month.

Well just checking it and updating and I figured I would come to my page and update

YEA!!

Welcome to ONEderland, Cathy! Congrats on making a big milestone. I hope all goes well with your appointment and that you are able to heal yourself with good food instead of surgery. Best of luck to you as you recommit to the McDougall WOE!

Tuesday May 1 restart:

It has been almost 2 weeks since I had my gall bladder out. Today was and especially sore day. I had pain all day where my gall bladder was so I made an appointment to see a doctor tomorrow I was not able to get to see my surgeon but another one. Hoping it's just a continuation of the healing process. I am still below 200 so very happy.

Love Life and Live to the fullest!!

:) :-D :P

Its really sad when you can't find your own journal.

I know been away to long. A lot has happened. The company I work for cut my insurance. I didn't have to but I have been feeling like I'm not getting good coverage. I signed up under my husband's coverage and get an appointment to see him. It went well but I have to have blood tests and he wants mammo which I had been avoiding with the other plan and a visit to the gyno. So I guess i will have the blood tests and see what happens there. The others I'm putting on hold a while.

Breakfast today was:
Oatmeal

I packed snack
carrots, banana and whole wheat crackers (3)

Lunch unknown so far probably a potato and some McD soup

Dinner: Soup or Starch Solutions black bean and corn enchiladas
with a big salad

I need to get this right, one meal at a time

Cathy
