Nature's Path Crunchy Vanilla Sunrise

It's gluten-free

Ingredients include whole grain cornmeal, brown rice flour, quinoa puffs, flax seeds natural organic flavor, buckwheat and amaranth plus molasses.

And of course it's organic.

Yummy!

Ohhh that does sound yummy. I will have to look for those... can it be eaten like trail mix?

I got some erowhen brown rice crispies on the weekend. I have not tried them out yet

Yes, it is great for snacking. Also it is low calorie and low (1 gram) fat.
