I've been McDougalling on and off since January of this year. I like it. I feel good. I look good. My blood pressure is 100/60 :)

Thanks for the welcome.

Like I mentioned before, I've been watching the boards and McDougalling on / off since January. I think I've really turned a page and can fully commit to it now. I've done pretty good in the past, but I would have "indiscretions" (ha! junk food) and be lazy when going out. The benefits of this woe are really quite motivating!
