i am trying to find your photo of the calorie density chart again .am i remembering correctly that oatmeal is something like 325calories per pound and baked potatoes are 450 calories per pound?am i remembering correctly that oatmeal is the lowest calorie dense grain/starchy vegetable?is squash (winter) somewhere between oatmeal and baked potatoes?
My chart does not list these differences as I do not recommend this level of detail when applying the principles. Calorie density can easily be calculated with the CRON-O-Meter by inputing 454 grams of any food.
