So sorry you can't see it Pink. I'll try to describe it... It involved over 650 choristers from 20+ choirs who all joined together at Macy's in Philadelphia on Oct. 30, 2010 to sing the Hallelujah chorus from Handel's Messiah to the accompaniment of Wanamaker's humongous pipe organ. It was organized as a "flash opera" for the "Random Act of Culture" program, this time by the Philadelphia Opera Co. The other shoppers didn't know it was coming and were joyfully surprised. In the 4 story atrium of the store, with singers on every level, it was absolutely beautiful. I wish I'd been there!
I pray that we all are keeping to our healthy eating goals, to the glory of God!
Thanks for the narration, Jubilee! I am sure it is wonderful! We will make our music here (Psalm 100)!
In regard to achieving your healthy eating goals, here is something to think about:
'12 "Everything is permissible for me"--but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me"--but I will not be mastered by anything. 13 "Food for the stomach and the stomach for food"--but God will destroy them both. The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.' (1 Corinthians 6, NIV)
Let us be mastered only by the Master!
