I posted this on my journal, but it's too exciting not to share. I am a 42 year old woman. The bloodwork was done on 10/18/2010. I take no medications. :D

Total Cholesterol: 156
HDL Cholesterol: 71
LDL Cholesterol: 73
Triglycerides: 58

Fasting Glucose: 86


Now to get my BMI down to an acceptable level!
