 Post subject: saliva test for gluten intolerance?

A holistic dr I went to had me do a saliva test for my adrenal function. The test also said that I am gluten intolerant because it show a positive result of 20 for Gliardin with <15 being the negative. I have never had any signs of gluten intolerance and after eliminating if completely from my diet for a month I feel no different. Are saliva tests considered worthwhile? anneh
