Good video. I'm glad I got to see that! Those packaged gluten-free goodies looked yummy. I hadn't seen many of those brands before.

One question: in the do-not-eat section of the table, there was what looked like a hunk of moldy cheese, and I couldn't understand what they were saying when they pointed to it. Is there some connection between celiac disease and moldy cheese? I ask because I am very sensitive to both mold and cheese. One time I ate some "weepy" brie cheese, and I had the worst vertigo attack of my life! I could only lay down and hold my head in one place/direction to avoid the room spinning around a million times a minute! It lasted hours like that and took days to be completely over it. That experience helped me let go of dairy from my diet. Years later, I discovered that corn and wheat triggered vertigo for me too. Since dropping them (and all gluten), I haven't had any further attacks of vertigo--woohoo!

OK, back to my question: did anyone understand what they were saying or know if there's a connection between celiac and the moldy cheese they showed there?

I think they said blue cheese was made with bread mold.

Maybe other foods that utilize molds get the molds from growing them on breads?????

Oh, there you go, that makes sense. So there is a gluten connection after all! :D
