Arms, Shoulders and AB Ripper "X", the journey ~~~

continues... This morning at 3 A.M. I did the Arms and shoulders workout, I loved it, lots of work with weights, then just when you think you are done with an hour of that, they surprise you with about 15 minutes of AB Ripper "X", my abs still hurt from Saturdays workout. This program is great, alot more fun than just lifting weights by yourself, good warm up and cool down too. :-D

Tomorrow is the dreaded Yoga, we will see how that goes, not a big fan. :evil:

Sunny...sounds like you are doing GREAT!

You really sound like you're doing much better than I did my first week

...

let us know how that yoga goes. We just went out and bought mats and yoga blocks...so, I think groundhubby intends to keep on with the yoga for a long time to come, past the initial, insane p90x thing

I'm starting to not really mind most of the yoga that much anymore...now after having gone through it six times by this point!
