There is a time and a place for supplementation. People can get a myriad of deficiencies. Life happens. The question is do we just have everyone taking multivitamins? For most true deficiencies a multi is worthless. For a specific, proven need they are great. For people to take them like candy is silly. We know they can cause harm. We have the data to verify this. What more do we need to know. Tests are available and relatively cheap for most any specific nutrient. Many of which there is much debate over what is a "normal" range. If there is any question get the test. See for yourself before making yourself a guinea pig! Remember, Dr. McDougall doesn't sell supplements. f1jim
