I've been to two Advanced Study Weekends and they are absolutely phenomenal. My ONLY complaint is that its so difficult to sit in those chairs for that long! The 15 minute breaks go by in a flash and I'm so excited to chat & meet with people during meals there is no time for an physical activity aside from a walk to CVS to grab bottled water/etc. It would be awesome if we could have some early morning or after dinner group walks or hikes.

I had the same thought. We spend so much time in lectures about a healthy lifestyle that we have not time for this aspect of a healthy life style. I was going to suggest a walking lecture or something like that.
