The restrictions haven't been hard to follow, but...I've been absurdly hungry for the past week. Is this normal?
Not if you are consuming enough of the right foods. In order to follow the program, we recommend you eat until you are comfortable full from the proper foods. When hungry, repeat. So, if you are hungry, then you are either not consuming enough, or choosing some of the more calorie dense foods.
