On plan and planning to stay that way. Very tired today, my kids are sick yet again and the 2yr old was up like 4 times last night, even the baby seems like she may be getting it. Oh well, what ya gonna do?
Have a good day all

Deb

ugh this time of year is so hard on the kids. The cold and flu is really hitting early. We use to be able to get through christmas. I feel for ya, and hope the baby doesn't get it.

Thanks so much Amy, for the great job that you did with the weigh in! We all appreciate it so much. Also, thanks to Debbie for filling in for me on the countdown. I really need the help this week! There are several of us sharing a computer, and we are out and about most of the day/evening. Plus, when I'm in our room, I'm busy with my 1 year old grandson. I should be back to posting in the morning by Monday. Again, thanks so much!! Hope everyone is doing well. Take care, LauraA

Hi all - I had a second to post this. Most of my family will be leaving NY tomorrow, so I won't be so busy, but I'll still be in this wonderful city. I hope that everyone has a great weekend. Take care, LauraA

Hey everyone - that's the first time that I've gotten color to show up on my countdown of days. Debbie doing it in color inspired me to try one more time. It worked, and I did it the same way. Interesting! Take care, LauraA

Yah!! it is in color, LOL. I know you really wanted it to be in color. When I do it, I think I highlight the text and the bracketed area, when I dont include the bracketed area also it doenst come out right.

Checking in-----On plan and planning to stay that way. Absolutly exhausted due to sick kids waking up all night. The baby is getting it so she is waking up like every hour crying. The two yr old slept better last night, but she coughed all night.

Have a good Sat.

Greetings from chilly New Hampshire!

Good morning everyone! From the national weather map, it looks like almost everyone is enjoying sunshine today. Yeah!

Laura- You are quite the traveler! From one coast to another. You are going to have to let us know how you managed those long flights without eating airport food. 8)

Hope all of you have a great weekend! I am ON PLANNING AND REALLY PLANNING TO STAY THAT WAY!!

Amy :)

Good morning all. I’m on plan and planning to stay that way. Still eating 4 meals a day of brown rice with soy sauce and Tabasco, lettuce with 321 dressing, and an apple for a snack. It’s easy and I’m happy with my rate of weight loss so I’ll probably keep doing the same thing for the foreseeable future. :)

Just checking in. First couple of days of my week didn't go so well but the last 2 have been perfect mwl days. One day at a time right? Have to find a way around PMS. I am counting the number of days in a row that I am on plan and that may give me extra incentive to stay that way.

Letha, I just noticed you have reached a milestone with less than 200 to go.Congrats. MM didn't go so well when I tried it,but I really like the concept. I will try it again after xmas. I think I need to get the mwl plan down pat first.

:)

My internet connection is working again! Woo hoo! So I thought i would stop in and say hello. I've been doing mary's mini with potatoes since last Monday. It's been going well. It's certainly easier to wake up every day and know what I will be eating rather than trying to plan out menus. I love to cook, but I don't always have the time (or enthusiasm). Popping a few taters in the microwave or a pan of hash browns in the over is super easy and super tasty.

Hope everyone has a good week.

Checking in. :)

Still on plan. My life is pretty dull, so there is not much to report.

Have a kitchen "experiment" simmering on the stove. Will see how it tastes in a little while.

Hi Debable, Thanks for the congrats. I was very happy to drop below 200 pounds left to lose.

Desertwind56, My life is usually pretty dull too – but I love experiments. How did yours come out?

Debbie, Thanks for backing up LauraA while she’s traveling and giving us our countdown.

MaryW, Glad you are back online. I also find the ease of preparation to be a big selling point for MM.
---------------

Good morning all. I’m on plan and planning to stay that way. Same old same old rice, lettuce, apples for me. Hope everyone has a great McDougall plan in place for the week. :)
