What's cookin and Who's movin 11/03 ?

Been doing better the past couple of days on my eating. It is a struggle sometimes when I am stressed not to emotionally eat. But the past couple of days I haven't given into temptation. Thank goodness.
B: oatmeal with agave nectar
L: leftover baked potato with ff gravy, mixed veggies, salad
D: hoping to try potato gnocci with pumkin sauce recipe that someone posted on here, green smoothie
S: apple, grapefruit
E: 1 hr. weight lifting class

L - Brown rice, carrots, pea pods, corn and veggie broth
D -
Snacks -
Drinks - water, herbal tea
E - 3 minutes on eliptical so far _________________

s whole grain cereal
D curry potatoes veggies and a salad
raked the yard, mowed the front and back yard that was about 300 or more calories
did the treadmill this morning for half an hour., _________________ Started McDougall in September 2009
beginning weight 192 goal 120.

Goodafternoon! A little late in the day but heres my menu
B - Steel cut oats, 2ozSoy/tea, watermelon
L - Spicy Soup, rasberries
S - I ate like 5 mini chocolates..
D - We are going out for my BF's birthday, it will all be veg for me but not nessecarily mcd.
