Here is our first harvest of Dragon's Egg cucumbers. We'll have them tonight with 4th of July veggie burgers.

ooo never heard of that either.

So.........did it taste like a cuke? Did you slice and eat it raw? Was it a bush plant?

Yes, they taste like a mild cucumber, cool and crisp. A few have been too bitter to eat but most are fine. We've been eating them raw, mostly. I did slice one and put it into the leftover brine in an empty dill pickle jar; that was tasty.

The plant is a sprawling bush.
