Would it be possible to change the title of the Maximum Weight Loss section to Weight Loss? Those of us working on weight loss could identify if we were following the MWL recommendations or regular recommendations.

I think that way everyone working on weight loss would have a place to post and share.

You can use the "Journaling" forum for that. There is some overlapping in that forum but it's for anyone wanting to post personal journaling, no matter the McDougall subset. Jump in!

Also it does come up often on the MWL board, that some follow the regular program, some are transistioning and learning about McDougall also. So yes, come on over.
