I did my health risk assessment through work. We know on low fat diet your HDL can be low because your total and LDL is low. When I was talking to the counselor he had mentioned that your HDL is quite low (28 mg/dl)and if you are having any memory, forgetfulness issues you might want to talk to you doctor about raising your HDL.This got me concerned and thought of asking if anyone here have felt their memory/brain function reduced because of low fat diet. Best way to learn is from peers who have been doing similar things.
