Hi everyone~

I had a sigmoidoscopy yesterday and the RN told me that I have diverticulosis. Do any of you know if diverticulosis is helped/cured by following the McD program? I haven't been following for all that long, so I realize the fiber and water are only helping me.

But I'm wondering if this can be reversed? I don't remember if Dr. McD addresses this in his book.

TIA!

Here's a link to what Dr. McDougall says right here on this website.

I haven't yet learned to use his new and improved website to search for answers to health questions.

Thank you for taking the time on my behalf. :)

Get his new book "Digestive Tune-Up."
Ready reference book to have by your side without the need for search engines or even starting up your computer. :)
