Wow, thanks for the information and for answering so fast. I went to the page, watched the video, cried (of course) now, what do I do next? Are the sessions that you do on that page? Do you mix it with traditional yoga? I'm going three or 4 times per week to a basic class with my daughter in law (she's pregnant). I've finished one week of doing that with her, and I started 6 days ago a "challenge" from another daughter to do some yoga every day for 30 days. Please let me know more of what you do or what you suggest. Thanks so much!
