Sunday dinner was so good. I'm glad I made a double recipe. My husband and son sometimes have thirds and always seconds so I really don't have too much left over. North African Chickpeas and Vegetables from the Forks Over Knives cookbook.
I took a picture but I'm not seeing how to add it to this post. I put the photo on Facebook and told my daughter I just wanted to antagonize all the meat eaters. She posted a comment saying that food looks better than most meat dishes.
