Brown rice noodles King Soba

I prefer Soba noodles chilled. I believe there's a Japanese dish using chilled Soba noodles and Ponzu sauce.

I also use them in my Thai salad rolls.

This looks good to me. The ingredients don't show any added fat or oil, so they should be within the McDougall guidelines.

If I see these in my local store I will give them a try.

(I normally use Japanese buckwheat/wheat noodles, but I don't need to be gluten-free).
