Hello everyone. Lets just say that I am not Mr. Bake, but I am giving it a shot. I have followed multiple recipes from here and other online sources and every time the batter is runny and ends up running out of the loaf pan and making a huge mess. I finally got so frustrated that I just let it run onto a pan, wiped the extra off the pan and threw it in the oven.

I am looking for a good and tasty gluten-free oil-free vegan bread recipe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
