I have been searching for a mac & cheese recipe that didn't use some vegan butter or oil. Not easy by any means. I found a great recipe a few days ago on a Facebook site,
which I wrote about. After entering the ingredients into Spark Recipes the calories and fat were way too high! Still, the recipe looked good, but had to pass.
Tonight I figured I would make my own. So using this
cheese sauce recipe, I boiled up some organic brown rice pasta fusilli and steamed some broccoli. I added a few dashes of smoked paprika. The result:

I thought it had a pretty good taste, all things considered. If I would not have added so much paprika, my son would have eaten it all down, but it was a bit spicy. You can read the short
