Has anyone tried making broccoli chips from the leaves? I found this interesting idea, which needs "McDougallizing" http://www.growinginmygarden.com/what-t ... li-leaves/
We have a lot of fresh broccoli in the garden, and I want to use as much of the plant as possible.
The fresh florets are divine--I only wish there was some way to enjoy them this way year round.
We're also interested in ideas for the stalks. Paula Deen has a nice recipe for broccoli slaw, but it isn't exactly McDougall friendly.
