 Post subject: super quick question

I don't have my MWL book available right now and need to know if I can use any balsamic vinegar (there is a very aged, thick one almost like syrup I'd love to use) and I"m not sure about it.
No sugar, no oil, just the balsamic.

Of course balsamic is fine!

Sometimes that's the only thing I'll put on a salad! :)

goodness, I just checked out your food/recipe pictures Loveskale - YUM! I love to cook - can't wait to try some of these.

Good to know on the balsamic - I use it a lot and wasn't sure if being so concentrated it would have a sugar effect. One of my favorites is to saute some onion and garlic in veg broth, then wilt down a TON of spinach in it, then finish with a splash of good balsamic.
