Hi all!
A little about me: I met the McDougall's at the February 3 Day Advanced Study weekend. My husband and I have been following Dr. McDougall and his wife Mary for years and base our lifestyle teachings on the excellent work he and many other plant based doctors do.
All of my recipes are oil free, low fat and vegan. I teach people how to make McDougall style recipes that focus on starch and carbs for the majority of calories with lots of veggies and some fruits.
I don't use any fake meat or fake cheeses in the majority of my recipes. I only use tofu very occasionally in my recipes. Usually when I want a texture I cannot achieve with vegetables alone. I personally don't like cubes of tofu in my dishes, I prefer veggies.
I also have lots of gluten free, soy free and nut free friendly options.
Almost everything I make is from scratch and as whole food as possible.
