Just curious - if you're in a restaurant and they only have the choice of a whole wheat veggie wrap or a veggie sandwich on a whole wheat bun, which would be the best choice, as far as weight loss? I've always assumed a wrap was better because it's less dense.

it depends on the wrap, some of those can have 10 grams of fat in them. You're probably better off asking for two slices of dry toast. If you want to loose weight, then skip the processed foods all together.
A lot of time they will show you the packaging of any items you are curious about.

I also have no problem, telling them to make the whatever sandwich and just leave the bread off. It isn't as filling though.
