I have been making this at work for a few weeks. I think it probably is healthy, maybe even MWL. If everyone already does this, sorry for posting. Maybe this is not your cup of tea either. I just thought I was having fun with this and felt like sharing. You have to have access to a water cooler with a hot water (red) lever. Otherwise you will need to heat the water some other way.
Using a 20 oz. Styrofoam cup begin with adding about 1/2 cup Quick Oats (instant, not flavored, Quaker or store brand) then add about a 1/2 teaspoon of Ms. Dash Table Blend (forest green top). Fill with hot water, stir. Ready in one minute. I never measure. If I use less oats it is like a soup, if I use more oats it is solid. Either way the Table Blend makes it smell and taste like Chicken Soup
