I used them last night to top tortillas and fat free refried beans. Yum!

Hmmm...I'll have to pick them up to try on my next trip to TJ's. I guess I never really looked for them since I always have fresh peppers in the house. What a nice addition the peppers would be, along with the corn. Now I'm hungry and it's only 3:15 am.

I love their fire roasted corn and use it in my chili. Great addition to it too. I haven't never seen the peppers and onions though. I find it hard to get the corn even.

These are really yummy. I had been using them for awhile in a black bean SNAP mixture but they have a ton of onions which I don't digest well at all and I got tired of picking them out of my portion so I stopped using them. But I recommend them.

We're lucky in having a large store with a large parking lot...for years I put up with crowded lots and stores so I'm happy now!

This is a regular purchase for us at Trader Joes and I mix this and other frozen vegetables over brown rice. I love onions in everything so we go through many of these bags during the week. They are wonderful.
