Was it ever good!! And very unlikely ingredients (at least to me).

I asked the board for toppings a while back and just got around to trying one last night....it's cilantro and lime juice! It was fabulous...the tang of the lime against the sweet of the potato. You've gotta try it!!

Mmm. That sounds good. I do love the contrast between flavors in sweet-sour combinations.
