Can I use Cornmeal to make corn tortillas? Anyone have
any recipes?
OR do I have to use masa harina? Is Masa Harina
McDougall friendly?

You could probably make some kind of flatbread with a very fine cornmeal, but it won't taste like a corn tortilla. Masa is made from lime treated corn, so the flavor is different. Yes it has to be masa harina. The dried corn is treated with lime (from limestone not from citrus) to promote chemical changes that allow the flour to form a dough by simply adding water. Regular cornmeal won't do that.
