I went to an up-market HFS a while ago and bought some chestnut flour (my usual one doesn't stock it). I used it to make fat free blueberry muffins and it was delicious - but SO expensive unfortunately.

I know its popular in France so I wondered if folks used it much and what for. Its also used in Italy so maybe i should browse the delis as an alternative to the HFSs.
