I just ordered Starch Solution from amazon...

Cost the same for the book to have it mailed to me here in Chiang Mai where I live, but I'm sure it will be worth it.

Hi Pinkrose, yes like you love potatoes too. May I ask how are you preparing your potatoes?

Plus, just pour some tomato sauce over the top and eat? Sounds delish!
