Though I have every one of your books, various publications, DVD's, etc. I found "The Starch Solution" to be yet another masterpiece. I've only read the introduction, which was as inspiring as always; but I am very anxious to get on with the rest of the book. Congratulations to you and Mary. Can't wait to see it mentioned on the best seller list.
