Just finished reading The Starch Solution

I just finished reading "The Starch Solution" and wanted to share my impressions.
This book is very readable persuasive and practical
For anyone looking to regain or preserve their health, as well as maintain or reach their ideal body weight this is a must read.

I am a pediatrician in solo practice and this will be recommended reading for parents in my practice
