 Post subject: Building muscle!

Just got a quick question, would I be able to build muscle while on this diet? I want to lose some weight but also I want to gain/keep the muscle I have right now, is this possible?

Thoughts would be appreciated!!

Yes I am very active :) I weight train 4 days of the week do cardio 2 of the days and on my off days i play tennis for a couple of hours. I Want to lose some fat but also I don't want to burn off the muscle that I have or even gain some muscle/definition.
