Hi there, I have been plant strong for 2 months! :0) I feel great, except I just don't have the energy that I hear people speak of. Is this normal, will my energy kick in soon? Thanks.

Some people report feeling more energetic--not everyone does. It probably depends on (1) how you were eating beforehand; (2) how you are eating now; (3) what underlying health problems you have; (4) your genetic makeup.

Are you generally someone who has plenty of energy or are you generally someone who has little energy?

It also may depend on what you mean by "energy." I gained energy as I lost the burden of the weight. However, I still need 8 or more hours of sleep each night, and can be very tired if I only get six.

Also, your username seems to imply that you have 3 little ones to chase after. I've been there, and there never seems to be enough energy in the world to keep up with them!

You say you feel great--that is how I describe the energy I have!
