This is a request to all you Star McDougallers who have lost weight and kept it off.

The National Weight Control Registry is the source of most of the data used in studies about weight loss, weight maintenance, what diets "work, " etc.

IF YOU HAVE LOST AT LEAST 30 LBS AND KEPT IT OFF FOR A YEAR OR MORE, PLEASE ENTER YOURSELF IN THIS REGISTRY!

Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and so forth all remind their successes enter themselves into the database. We need to do the same!

I decided not to join. There's no telling how my personal information could be used by strangers - especially the Federal government! My previous health issues could be used against me in the future......
