I cannot find how to buy Dr. McDougall's new book ,"The Starch Solution." Has the meat and dairy industry industry bought up all the copies and destroyed them. I cannot find the book in Bookfinders or Ebay or Addall. What's up? Also no purchasing info even on Dr. McDougall's site??How come??

That's because he hasn't finished writing it yet. I think when he first mentioned it he said it should be out some time in 2010.
