Had a 18 year old kid in my business the other day who said he went vegetarian for one year but he developed stomach problems so he went back to the S.A.D. He also said he still has his problems and doubts his veg diet had nothing to do with it.

Anyone know of any articles or better yet, videos that an 18 year old would watch, about the veg benefits? I'll be seeing him again soon and thought I'd offer some info, but knowing youngsters I figure it needs to be entertaining to hold their attention.
