any wfm team members that have gone through an Immersion (mcdougall, engine 2 or eat right america) please check out and "like" the new support facebook page. We hope it will be a way to support one another as well as share recipes and articles.

Wfm=whole foods market
Immersion=a 7-10 day inpatient intensive healthy living (eating/lectures/exercise) experience.

Whole foods has offered these to it's employees or the last few years.
